Elfs dont go chao as much because they dont have the damage like other classes do. Which is why i bought an A sword, does it hurt? i doubt it, but you can ask IKimduhan if you like...I dont think thats a very good reason for not showing up, but i try not to get dragged into these debates and i would appreciate it if people wouldnt drag me in for no particular reason.
